We do not disclose your information to anyone for any reason and We will use your information to send you promotional emails. In This Very Room stands behind all of our merchandise. If for any reason are not happy with your purchase, you do have 30 days to return it from your purchase date. We will refund the item once it is received back in our hands...and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. (The only time that the original shipping cost is refundable is when the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item.) We also do not accept returns on personalized/monogrammed items unless they are defective. There are no restocking fees on any of our products. To do an exchange, we will pay for the shipping on the new product but you will be responsible for the original shipping AND the shipping of the product back to us.
