Return Policies:
We accept returns within 30 days of when you receive the order. If the item is personalized, engraved or in any way customized with names or initials (like soap, cutting boards, trays, jewelry, etc.) we can not accept returns. However, if the item is defective, please notify us immediately.
We are not responsible for any mistakes customers may have made typing in any personalization. Please make sure you double check your initials or name spellings to make sure they are correct before you submit the order. Once the order has been submitted to us, we usually very quickly get the order over to the respective manufacturers, in which case alot of the time the personalization is not changeable. If you do realize a mistake, please notify us as quickly as possible and we will gladly do our best to rectify the situation.
Cost of returning an item is incurred by the customer. We do not pay for returns back to us, unless there is some type of defective issue, in which case you would need to contact us first so we can rectify the situation.
Sharing of your information: WE DO NOT SELL or SHARE any of your information. We keep it all private and do not sell any of our lists or let anyone know about our customers. Rest assured, your info is private.
