When you pick Ground or UPS Ground on your shipment, it could actually go USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day ship time) or UPS Ground (1-5 days depending on your location.) 2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa,MC, Discover and American Express and Paypal.com payments. 3. How long will it take for my order to ship? If items are in stock, your order will ship in 24-48 hours. Many times they go same day. If items are not in stock, we will email you to let you know estimated ship date. 4. Is there tax on my order? We only charge Sales Tax for orders in Colorado and the tax rate is 4%. All other orders are non-taxable. 5. Is your Credit Card Processing Secure? Yes, we use Yahoo's Secure Shopping Cart. We process all credit cards offline - you are 100% safe. 6. How do your shipping rates run? They run off of weight. We have an amount that each product weighs and the store will add that up to then figure out the shipping cost. 7. Do you have a return policy? Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. We can not accept returns on special order furniture or any initial/monogram items. In This Very Room stands behind all of our merchandise. If for any reason are not happy with your purchase, you do have 30 days to return it from your purchase date. We will refund the item once it is received back in our hands...and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. (The only time that the original shipping cost is refundable is when the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item.) We also do not accept returns on personalized/monogrammed items unless they are defective. There are no restocking fees on any of our products.
